Returns and Refunds
Every piece made by Attune is built to order, designed around you and made by hand specifically for your project. Because of this, all custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once work has begun.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. Cancellations made before your design package has been started will receive a full deposit refund. Once your design package has been delivered, the design fee is non-refundable as this reflects the work already completed on your behalf. If you cancel after your build start date has been confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me at info@attunefurniture.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and I will work with you to put it right. Where possible I will repair the piece. If repair is not possible, I will arrange a replacement.
If you are unsure about anything before placing an order, please get in touch. I would rather answer your questions upfront than have any uncertainty further down the line.
